Updated pack, now I have this problem with old save. It never ends.

Looks like there was either an ID change with Chisel or it was removed. You can still play on the world, it's just going to delete those two blocks wherever they are in the world.

I updated the pack and it rightly gave me the "FML something something incompatible version blabla" and updated the server as well.

Make sure the server responds with "confirmed". If not, try using an additional slash, i.e. "//fml confirm". This is needed if you're using an McMyAdmin console at least.
