4748. These things happen! :)

Finally built my full-sized thermal evaporation plant with 4 advanced solars on the top, and its working well - though I'm slightly concerned that it will cool down so much in the night time it will end up never staying hot. Though that said, I could do something with the things that make heat, so that when light falls below a certain level that switches on to keep it hot. Hmmm...

4752. So, making HDPE pellets turned out to be surprisingly efficient in terms of both ethylene and oxygen usage! Solar Neutron Activators, here I come...

4754. I'm definitely not ready to get started on the Fusion Reactor in Mekanism yet though. I don't have anywhere near the infrastructure needed, I haven't even made an induction matrix yet.

4759. If any of you are particularly familiar with Mekanism and AE2...

Riddle me this, friends: If my maths is right, then given that the compressed redstone in Mekanism can be made from a single dust, and contributes 80 redstone instead of the 10 that the dust would contribute in a Metallurgic Infuser (when making Enriched Alloy), could I set up AE2 autocrafting in an interface to go as follows:

- Recipe/Pattern in Interface (adjacent to chest): 8 iron ingots + 1 redstone = 8 enriched alloy
- Pipes/transporter puts iron into the Metallurgic Infuser and redstone into the Enrichment Chamber, which is adjacent to, and ejects to, the Metallurgic Infuser.
- pipes/transporter takes the enriched alloy back to the interface.

Assuming it was a setup dedicated to making only Enriched Alloy, would this work? My thinking was this: In preparation, I've already, say, half-filled the infuser with redstone. When the request is made, the iron will immediately start infusing; in the meantime, the redstone gets compressed and ejected into the infuser, topping up what was lost, and keeping the level in the infuser constant but without having to wait for the redstone to be compressed before the infusing happens. I figure this way I won't need to speed up the enrichment chamber making the compressed redstone, as it will only be topping up, if that makes sense?
