Bug Unstable v3.0.39 (wrong forge version) fix..

Hey all
i just updated the unstable modpack from v3.0.38 to v3.0.39 and i got a wrong forge version minimum version bla bla..

it seems someone made a typo in pack.json (/FTBunstable18/minecraft) at the bottom:

"id": "1.8.9-Forge11.15.1.1757:universal",

should be like this

"id": "forge-1.8.9-11.15.1.1757:universal",

This fixed the wrong forge version for me at least

Is it just me or 3.0.40 has actually downgraded versions of almost every mod? Is that intentional? Psi has gone from version 19 to version 11.
