Mac unable to start modpack

FTB Ultimate v. 1.1.0
Mac OSX 10.6.8

when i try to launch the pack, the MC window opens then closes.
i tried 3 times before posting the log.
any help would be apreciated

Downgrade Java to 1.6. I believe there is a known issue with the 1.7 version of Java for Mac.
