(Ultimate) What is Going On?

Of recently on FTB Ultimate I have been getting a lot of FPS lag, as bad as 5-10 FPS eventually making it unplayable. Here is a link to the log, http://pastebin.com/rB3XL6dz. I don't understand what is causing all the "[INFO] [STDOUT] Something's taking too long! 'root' took aprox 105.63334 ms" in the log after I load my world. It also says it is detecting world leaks in memory. I tried to use one of the solutions in the World Leak thread by putting in Chunk Loaders in the Nether, End, and Twilight Forest,(I have no Mystcraft worlds) but all that did was make it worse.
I have the most updated version of Java.

RAM: 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
Graphics: Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)Intel HD Graphics Family

Anyone have any help? My FPS seems to drop mainly when I am in my home. (It only has torches and 3 chests on the inside, no machines)
