Summary of the problem Ultimate Furnace no longer works with Refined Storage

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? I set this up with first release of the pack and now since update the patterns i have in there are not seen in my refined storage system so i can autocraft silicon and flux with my ultimate furnace

Known Fix
 
I've automated my Ultimate furnace with Refined Storage and it's working fine on 3.0.4, perhaps you should update?
