Trying to set up Horizons on my server

Trying to set up Horizons on my server through filezilla and Multicraft so I unzip the server zip and move it to my FTP and move the jar to the .jar and when i click save and start it says this in the console http://pastebin.com/wX4YTUCt something about missing a lib to run FML and Forge i was hoping someone can direct me to what i need to add to my server to get it to run properly, thank you in advance for taking the time to help a new FTB player.

I asked my server provider for help but they told me that they can only assist with the FTB mods they currently support which is the 1.5 packs. He did suggest to try and reinstall but i have already tried that it seems like theres something missing in my install so i came back here to see if anyone can help me.
