Trying to get FTB 1.0.7 Set up.

I have accepted the EULA and i'm having trouble with the world load stopping at


10.08 14:35:51 [Server] INFO Attemping to load JABBA data.
10.08 14:35:51 [Multicraft] Skipped 6162 lines due to rate limit (30/s)

No crash for a report it just hangs there.

This is a rented server, can't seem to find it in the files I have access to.

At this point the server is actually up. Just no more console text. You can connect to it and play. Also, you can type commands into the server console and they do work. You will not see any type of confirmation text.
