Problem Trying to add Plugins to my FTB Ultimate 1.0.2 by installing MCPC+ - get crashes..

OS: Currently Windows, after that moving to Linux
Currently trying to figure out stuff on my LOCAL server.
FTB Ultimate 1.0.2
I didn't add anything besides an attempt to add Plugins
My LOCAL machine specs:
I7 950 3.07GHZ
6GB RAM

Well I read on how to install MCPC+, I managed to do that, but I can't figure out how to launch FTB Ultimate 1.0.2 Server with the mods using MCPC+ I get crashes. Allot of them which I have bad time figuring out (Pastebin: http://pastebin.com/b6cxrwcE)
I seriously just try to figure out stuff on my Local machine before I move to a Dedicated server just trying to learn and make things easier on me

What all mods are you using? Says your missing a mod and I would guess IC2 as Advanced machines is what caused the error.

It looks like you havent started the server with just FTB first, so that it loads everything up first before you install MCPC+

Are you doing this?:
Install FTB
Start the server
Stop the server
Install MCPC+ (Replace ftbserver.jar with the MCPC+ one and rename it to ftbserver.jar)
Start the server.

make sure to use the 1.4.7 or 1.4.6 version of mcpc+ (legacy)
