Trouble with Mulitplayer

I have loved Feed the Beast the moment I started using it. I just recently tried a new pack with a friend of mine. The pack is called MindCrack. I downloaded the pack pretty quickly regardless of my friends HORRENDOUS internet and still played just fine. That was last night and I played on a server with him and it was just fine. Now, today I was at home with my AMAZING internet and it is claiming that I cannot connect to the server...says it isnt even up and their server says I was never on it. I have spent ALL day trying to figure it out and get help. Regardless of what I do it just wont work. I was using MindCrack 8.3.2 just like the server and it wont work. My friend and 30 other people were on there. All other servers load just fine but this one...what iis going on? Can any help? The only mod I had added was Optifine which shouldnt harm anything and I was still able to get on just fine

Creeper host is probably down. Try again later.

If not, check your firewall and make sure that your ports are still forwarded. They might have reset.


Also, internet speed has nothing to do with connectivity. I have 60MB download and 10MB upload, and I'm not any luckier when it comes to servers being down. Ask one of your friends to try and download the pack, because if they can download it, then something's wrong on your side. If they can't download it, however, then it's probably creeper host or FTB that's having issues.

Mm. If it's not your ports, your firewall, or anything else, it may be your internet provider.


Are you connecting using localHost or are you connecting using your IP? Also, are you using Hamachi?

I used hamachi for a while but disabled and reset everything back b/c it was screwing everything up. I dont understand what you mean connecting via localhost/ip?[DOUBLEPOST=1375285283][/DOUBLEPOST]Im trying to connect to another persons server that everyone but me can connect to formultiplayer[DOUBLEPOST=1375285370][/DOUBLEPOST]goto go to work probs will be back around 5PM its 10:40 AM for me so 6/7-9/10 hours from now. Thanks but it still wont work. How are the makers of ftb? Is the a way to contact them.
