Problem Towny or Grief Prevention? for FTB Monster

Hi I am new to Running FTB Servers but I am not new to Running Minecraft servers
Seeing as the factions /f command is taken by factorization I was thinking of trying either Greif Prevention or Towny and was wondering wich one was better.

Also I can't seem to sprint on my server. it shows the particles below my feet but my FOV does not change and my speed does not either
