Summary of the problem Toggle Downfall problem

What is the bug? Me and a friend had started a skyfactory server last night, and it hadn't rained in the last 8+ hours real life time of us playing. So i went and tried to do /toggledownfall and it then caused neither of us to be able to access chests, the barrels, even the crafting bench.
Just wanted rain ;-;

Is it repeatable?
Known Fix The only fix we've found is OPing ourselves.
