Summary of the problem Tiny progressions config not right.
Pack Version 3.0.4
What is the bug? Someone posted on the subreddit about growth crystals being out of control in 3.0.4. I downloaded it to a new instance when it came out so I compared the two cfg files and the one in 3.0.4 seems like it got reset to default.

Is it repeatable? Yes, I just downloaded another instance of 3.0.4 and the cfg file is the same/not what is was before.
