I believe you can get Fortune and some other enchantment from adding lapis to your tools.
But what materials do you need to get Fortune? I understand that different, perhaps higher-tier tools will yield Fortune. How much lapis do you need to get Fortune or the other enchantment? What is the other enchantment?

150 lapis for fortune or looting 1. 300 lapis for fortune or looting 2. 450 lapis (50 blocks) for fortune or looting 3. Hope this helped. Like it

icks he fortune and all swords get looting. It wont mess up. Keep in mind it won't work with the silly jewel for silk touch too.

If it's a weapon it gets looting, if it's a tool it gets fortune, and in the dev builds if it can be used as either it gets both.
