Tinkers Construct with Gregtech

I am playing on a pack with Gregtech and Tinkers Construct installed and when I make the Smeltery it just says invalid structure is there any way to fix this

How are you creating the Smeltery? Are you using the correct bricks? Do you have both a tank and controller? Pictures would also be very helpful for figuring this out.

Try running idfix minus. I'm running a private server with gregtech, tinkers' construct, and roughly 140 other mods right now without any multi block issues.

Also we are running over 160 other mods do are there any other mods that interfere with it

That looks correct. Try checking if it's on a chunk boundary, as I've heard that can cause some issues with the Smeltery.

And no mods should mess with TiCo.

Put the lava storage thingy next to the controller. That fixed it for me.

Same, my smeltry's fail unless my lava tank is right next to the controller.

place the controller first then the tank chances it may need a block update

try adding another layer of seared brick on the walls, 2 high always works for me

I figured out it was the translocators mod I deleted it now everything works thanks for the help though

Weird, mine don't

Mine either. In fact, they're on opposite sides of the smelter. I'm running the latest versions of Monster and Dw20, no extra mods.
