You're trying to connect to a server that, while including gregtech, is using a config with different ID's. You may need to obtain the relevant config from the server operator (who has hopefully resolved already conflicts).
Also, because this caused some confusion on my end while I was setting up a server, the proper config file for Biomes O Plenty is the one in its own sub folder rather than the one in the main config folder.
