Thoughts on Thaumcraft 5 1.8

Quick question about Thaumcraft 5 on Unstable, are there supposed to be textures for things like Silverwood Trees and research tables? I'm just wondering if I have a bugged install or if they aren't completed yet. This is on the newest version of Unstable (3.0.19)

Well, standalone Thaumcraft 5.1.6 has all its textures that I can see. However, .jar files are actually .zip files and zip archives tend to fail to load if any part of it is corrupted or truncated. So a download problem in thaumcraft seems unlikely.

Are you using a resource pack to replace the game textures? Perhaps it is goofy.

Nope, no resource packs. But, I did do a fresh install of the whole instance and it worked. Odd, because I had done before and it didn't do anything. It's all working now!

Not even that. I just use full on Thaumcraft Minus. No research, no warp, no fuss.

I don't know if it's been mentioned already. But I need to say that the grapple focus is like literally the best thing in modded MC.
Although I don't like how the aspects have been reshuffled. It's slowed me down considerably, a way to look up aspects in the reserch table would be great.
