If not MFR, I could see Computercraft or something of it, doing it. Perhaps a feature where you can stick blocks to turtles and they can carry it with them? And stick to each other as well?

I can see that. I'd be a fan.
Of course, then everyone would have additional cause to complain about turtles being treated as the solution to everything...

Better to have a solution to everything that you can choose to use, rather than a mod you can't do everything with no matter what.

I haven't played with it that much but I do enjoy the conveyers and I think I'll add some sort of sewage collection to my city :D

You have made me finally realize the potential here. A sewer system with sewage collectors on the streets! Oooohhh. I want to build that.

I am currently supplying my 9*9 tree farm with a Force Engine filled with water and MFR biofuel. It is almost OP how quick I can harvest a full field. The force engine uses so little fuel compared to the output. It is much better than the Hobbiest engines I started with.

Players squatting on sewage collectors get you poop, you can build toilets now :D.

Connecting them all to a single tank and an output to your central computing system will be able to tell you how many roleplayers you've had visiting :D.

Depends if they are all counted together, or if they reset as you walk off one and onto another. I'm not sure how to explain that though, like if you'd have to stand on 1 or you could walk around on them.

Well, I'm not quite sure how they work, but I'm assuming if I populate my city with testificates, then the thing should work.

So far I've tested the harvester and planter for a tree farm in the 1.5.2 beta, and think it's working really well. Next up is the chronotyper and grinder.

It's unfortunate that people like to label MFR as OP, and somehow think it's a bad thing. It's true that MFR is more interesting and fun to use it than the (recently nerfed) alternatives , but those alternatives managed to get less interesting all on their own..

well considering that it was made to be used with vinilla and not with other mods installed like IC2 and Buildcraft, I think it did pretty dang well.

I just started using MFR recently, and was amazed as how well everything worked. I'm in 1.5.2 now, and will be using it more often since I don't have RP to rely on. I love the mob spawner. It's a great way to farm the annoying drops... Ender eyes, ghast tears, etc. Find a mob, capture it in a safari net, and replicate.

I've worked with the grinders. They work well enough, but they won't kill iron golems. That might make it a little OP and too easy to get iron. The mob spawner will duplicate them though.

I will be setting up some mini farms to grow different materials for the bio-reactor and for turning into methane with GT. Still have a way to go with it though. Most of the issues I have with MFR has little to do with the machines, and more with building the building and infrastructure required to connect all the machines together to make it work. Since each machine has a single purpose and the output of one feeds others, the piping can get quite messy when trying to connect it all together. That is the real challenge with using this mod.

PowerCrystals is OP. I asked Greg to nerf him a while ago, but I haven't gotten a reply.

Anyways, MFRL is awesome. Pretty freakin' clever. Oh, wait, that's PFC's line.
Fun fact: PFC stands for Preety freakin' clever

At first, I thought that the MFR tree farm was cool. Decent productivity without fertilizer, but insanely fast with fertilizer. When I found out that animal's poop becomes fertilizer--well, now it's completely overpowered. I have 5 boilers now and am not even close to over taxing the capability of the MFR tree farm. I end up turning it off most of the time.

How overpowered is the tree farm? I wasn't watching the fermenter and went through all of my oak saplings. So I went out, collected one sapling, and back at full productivity in less than a minute.

Then we did some experimenting with the grinder and auto-enchant. Unlimited supply of enchanted books. (kill a portion the fertilizing cows for leather and turn wood into paper).

MFR is one of the best newer (well, "newer" as in "recently updated") mods I've seen, that and AE. It's quickly becoming a one-stop shop for everything worth doing for me.

I also love how PowerCrystals is so responsive. I don't think there was ever a time where I posted something talking to him and he didn't reply. He's a great guy.
