How can I transfer the energy?

Ender IO. Extra Utilities. MFR Rednet energy cable. Take your pick.
(The conduits part of TE isn't ready yet.)

No wait hold on here now...

What is this shit really?
The way to make all theese cables is freaking mid-tier stuff!!!

How the....
This is really bad and unplanned really, why put half a finished mod in the pack? Really?

It is really not a big deal. The EnderIO conduits are very good and not hard to make. Even in 1.6.4 I never used the TE conduits as there are far better alternatives out there.

I personally recommend the EnderIO conduits. They are really very good and not that hard to make.

Thermal Expansion is not half-finished. The conduits and ducts are being put into a second mod, Thermal Dynamics.

TE conduits were ridiculously cheap, Ender I/O's version is far better balanced (my opinion, obviously). If you want cheap, Buildcraft is RF based now, and might work with TE machines. I haven't tested that, as I routinely remove Buildcraft.

Iron and redstone are mid-tier? Howat?

Actually I'm quite glad, it shows people there is more to the pack than TE.

So.... What the hell.

There is no way to make the cable without alloy furnace.

And the alloy furnace needs power.
Although it does not accept RF from the leadstone energy cell, nor any of the dynamos.

How can I get power into it?!

It should accept from cell or dynamo. If not that's a bug and will be hopefully fixed in the next pack version.

What works in any case is to use a generator from EnderIO (Stirling is enough) instead of TE.

Extra Utilities' Generators can power EnderIO's machines when placed side to side, without the need of cables. Same for TE's dynamos.

BuildCraft's Kinesis pipes works for transferring RF, you just need wooden kinesis pipes at where the dynamos are.

This!

Also, BC's pipes are even cheaper than the original TE conduits.

For example; Wooden kinesis pipes allow for 320 RF/t, compared to the second tier TE conduits 400 RF/t. And wooden pipes are cheaper than first tier TE conduits.
Emerald pipes allow for 2000 RF/t, the same as redstone conduits.

Just keep in mind TE's energy cells count as engines for BC, so you'll need wooden/emerald pipes at their outputs too.

TE conduits is easy to work with when it was around but the alternatives aren't too bad either.

Like what SevenMass said, BC's kinesis pipes are cheaper alternatives that work at a slightly lower efficiency when compared to other alternatives, that let's you have a basic power network.

You can treat EIO and XU as advanced tier options.

If you mention Buildcraft pipes, whether concerning function, limitations, or game overhead - make sure that you try the latest versions, the new variation and functionality are way superior to the buildcraft of old, and the pipes are now threaded code and are very low on overhead. Definitely don't count them out :)

They're not threaded just yet. Soon(tm).

Also, note that you can place multiple differents conduits from EnderIO in the same block space (like for example one for liquid, one for energy and one for redstone)
And the Alloy Smelter + Stirling Generator are really easy to make..

The item conduit may be more difficult to make though, as it requires ender pearls, but you can use the pipes from ExtraUtilities until you get that endermen farm :)

Honestly had no problems with getting the conduits from Ender IO the stirling generator was more then enough for the first few days to get all the stuffs for a basic TE set up.

Similarly to EnderIO conduits being placed down the same block don't forget extra utils can send liquid, items, power down the SAME single pipe simultaneously.

Also people don't forget that Extra Utils power connectors require the QED to make so they are mid to late tier.

Alright, got ender stuff going.

BUT, their cables "sucks" since they are not part of forge multiblock, I was furious when i noticed I could not block pipes off from eachother!
