I work on a webshop, this has an database of products that are in stock(what a surprise).
One person amde code that when a product got ordered and was not in stock it still put it in the database as items that where send normaly, it also put it in the database as items that first need to be ordered from somewhere else.

I don't think I need to explain how badly that messes up everything do I?

So due to this person's derp, whenever someone orders something that's not in stock... what, your system orders one from somewhere else and sends it to them, then derps out because it also thinks there was a thing on hand to send that should be sent as well, but there's not?

and it wasn't that the code derped out, he just literally wrote the code to do it that way as he copy pasted(he probably did) code from other places in the if >_>

It actually complained about Dynamic kernel module support or something, however it did so by yelling DKMS and I found that site as one of the first sites when I googled for it. #justLinuxThings
