Windows .exe The mods won't download!

1.) go to your roaming folder [%appdata%] and delete you .minecraft folder and re-update 2.) delete you FTB folder [the one with the mods] 3.) go back into your roaming folder and look for a folder call ftblauncher and delete that and re-install FTB and re-create your account.
