So, I got this:
http://pastebin.com/PjKiB7fe
The more important thing is this:
2013-03-07 19:14:26 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] The ForgeModLoader state engine has become corrupted. Probably, a state was missed by and invalid modification to a base classForgeModLoader depends on. This is a critical error and not recoverable. Investigate any modifications to base classes outside ofForgeModLoader, especially Optifine, to see if there are fixes available.
2013-03-07 19:14:26 [INFO] [STDERR] Exception in thread "Server thread" java.lang.RuntimeException: The ForgeModLoader state engine is invalid
This happened after I started playing with ME.
Also, apparently after posting the log to pastebin, this appeared.
2013-03-07 19:15:38 [INFO] [STDERR] Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
I have 8 gigs of RAM and nearly a terabyte, so I'm not really sure why this is here.

Also, please keep in mind I'm using Optifine D5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm a bit scared to go back into my test world.

This probably isn't the problem, and tons of people have been having this from what I can tell from numerous threads, but I also saw some memory leaks in the console.

Add -XX:MaxPermSize=256M to additional java parameters to fix the out of perm space error. Not sure about the state engine one, this may also fix it but I have no idea.

You can enter addition java parameters in the options tab.

Also, you should update your java, check my signature for a link.

I run a Tekkit server (and yes, this is important) and, from what I can remember about it, I needed to install a version of java diffrent from the updated one otherwise it wouldn't recognize it.

Would uninstalling java completely screw it over?
(FTB instantly crashes my friends if they try to play it, no matter the modpack. So Tekkit is a temporary fix)

I'll uninstall both of them for now, and see if it works. If not, I'll just download the old java again.

Or, I might just be completely wrong and it doesn't need it's own special version of java. It's been awhile since I've set up a tekkit server.

EDIT: Great.
I have java now, and NOTHING recognizes it.
I'm completely locked out from FTB.
****in' brilliant.
Every time I try to install it, it stops the install and says there's an error.

EDIT #2:
Ok, so I just uninstalled my javas again and installed just one. It downloaded two, one with 129 mb, and one with 128. Uninstalled the 128 one randomly, and now it works.

Minecraft can run now, and that's all I'm concerned about.

Ooook.
Minecraft has run out of memory, on the title screen.
So I'm back to work.
Thanks for the help, you didn't fix it but you led me in the right direction :p

EDIT: Aww crap.
It installed 32-bit java.

Usually when you download the 64-bit version, you get the 64-bit version. Not the 32-bit version.
