How some of the language is used? yes, unless of course you like to hear all kind of diseases in sentences because people like to use that to inform you of how awesome or bad something is.
This has to do with the fact that diseases that kill people on a regular basis are the most awesome thing ever and thus it is only logically to compare awesome things with it </sarcasm>

Manchester accents irk me somewhat. Only in comparison to others though; they're still fine.

Whatever accent Nick Grimshaw has... THAT. Although its more to do with his voice than his accent.
 
for some reason that reminds me of the "world" I am creating in my head, maybe I will do something with it
