Thaumium Grafter not dropping saplings

Normally I ignore magic mods, but Gendustry's Grafter eats the leaves off the whole tree, which I don't want, and the Forestry Grafter's are obnoxiously weak. So I decided to mess around with Thaumcraft enough to build a Thaumium Grafter to put repair on.

Now that I have it, I'm not getting any saplings. I've used it on 7 mutated leaf blocks, and received one sapling. Is there something I'm missing with this thing?

The whole point of the Grafter is that it ensures 100% droprate.

Sounds like the Thaumium Grafter is either bugged and/or does not recognise the specific leaves. Perhaps the TC versions you use have not caught up with the Forestry/ExT version yet?

I suppose it's possible. I'm currently using version 1.4.1 of FTB Infinity. I'll try going to 1.5.0 and see if that changes anything.

It actually may be somehow intended, but as an improved drop rate rather than a 100% chance. There were balance issues regarding the 100% drop rate of Silverwood saplings while using the thaumium grafter, and there was discussion as to how to remedy it. Not sure how it ended, but nerfing the grafter seemed like the easiest alternative.

Alright, well, I just updated to 1.5.1, and so far it seems I'm getting 100% drop rate on mutated leaves again. I wasn't aware of issue's regarding Silverwood Saplings. In any case, updating versions seems to have worked for now. Thanks all.
