[Thaumcraft 4] Golem core: Use, and replanting nether warts

Okay, I've made an advanced straw golem with a harvest core and Aqua upgrade, but it didn't replant nether warts, so I instead made a golem with the Use core and set it to planting. It does indeed plant the nether warts, but it doesn't move at all. I have to physically push it, which obviously is harder and more time consuming than doing the planting myself.

Anyone has a clue what I'm doing wrong, or any other way of automating nether wart farms?
(I'm only playing Thaumcraft 4 and thaumic tinkerer, no other mods that adds anything useful on this front)

The use core tells the golem to use the block that it's placed on. You want a Harvest Core and Order Upgrade.
