Thaumcraft 4.1 Missing Entries

So I noticed that both me and my girlfriend are missing entries in our thaumonomicon, it started off as just thaumium, but now I've noticed that the lamp of growth is now missing too. Anyone know why this is/Know of a solution?

Those items, along with some other entries, are now "hidden research." They become visible you scan certain things. For example, scanning iron ingots or ore will reveal thaumium.

I've already scanned iron ingots though, I had the research yesterday and now its gone today

Edit: I managed to fix my thaumium by scanning another ingot. However it appears there may be a bug with dissapearing hidden research on logging out or something. I don't know how to get my lamp of growth research back anywho, or if anything else is missing

Yeah, you are probably using TC 4.1d, where hidden research would rehide upon logout. Manually updating to TC 4.1e will solve this.

Update the pack. That's a known issue with an old version.
