Super Mario, Zelda, Mega Man

So my husband and I went out and bought ourselves each a few new electronics.
He a PS3 (and ofc I got myself a game) and I got a 3ds xl.
Solely for use of the classics.
Immediately got Super Mario Bros, Zelda, and Mega Man.
Apparently the absence of NES has made my game play abilities reduce to barely getting by.

I just recently went away camping and decided to pack my DS which i hadn't touched in 2 years and brought Pokemon with me. Now all of a sudden I can't stop playing it

My gameboy colors are in the drawer next to my computer desk. They have been calling my name the last few days, but steam games caught my eye

Check out UnEpic on steam. It's a pretty addicting 2D platformer.

Theres some really awsome older games out there.
Shining Force II was always my fav. Must have another game of it at some stage. If I can drag myself away from Minecraft.

talk about older games I bought this just for the pure awsomeness of it. but I do enjoy all the older games my mom still has our old nes and its still fun to play it whenever I visit. I used to have all the old games through emulators on my computer but since I had a severe system crash I lost them all. I wish some of the games had the hours of gameplay that the old systems used to. It makes me sad to think about how bad some of the games are now a days.
