Hi everyone, I have recently moved my world onto Feed the Beast Ultimate and nobody has had any problems except me, I have been getting this weird jittery lag type problem, like the frame rate is low, or the video is stopping and starting several times a second. My computer is more than capable of running this mod (I have run complex machinery etc in tekkit, bigdig, voltz etc) and I am registering at 80+ fps yet it looks like I am running much much lower. Is this a common problem? I have tried fiddling with the allocated RAM in the launcher (between 1-7gb) to absolutely no change as well. Any help would be amazing as I have moved this server over and have to keep it running but I can't play it properly myself :/

Please read below. Please be sure to read all of the info available in the 2 articles.
Please follow these steps exactly: http://desk.feed-the-beast.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/basic-troubleshooting
This is to rule out any issues with your setup.
Please attempt to launch the modpack, and open a new world save to make sure the setup is correct.
Now, continue on to check your previous saves, changes to the pack, textures, etc. until you're able to reproduce the error with the clean setup.

When the error has been repeated, please post your complete client-side (launcher) console log in debug-mode to pastebin.com and link your paste URL here.
To find your logs and prevent them from expiring: http://desk.feed-the-beast.com/inde...29/1/what-log-do-you-need-where-can-i-find-it

I have fully reinstalled Java, Minecraft, FTB, and the server... Single player is as bad as multiplayer and my fps is still registering 80+ but looking like it is in the 10's
Here is the log for a fresh start and entering multiplayer http://pastebin.com/mn8RAYsb
and here is a log for single player... http://pastebin.com/WiBd2y13
Thank you very much for trying to help me out guys! I really want to get this running properly!

im running windows 7 x64 and an overclocked nvidia 560... and I have the fastest i5 model slightlu overclocked. I really don't think it's a hardware issue as I am registering at 80+fps and I play tekkit, volts etc on full graphics with no trouble at all.

I assume you know how to set core affinity for programs?

Start the server, set the affinity for the java process to half your cores.

Start the client, set the affinity for that java process to the other half.

This is not guaranteed to help, but has worked for a few of my friends. Unfortunately, this can't help ssp.

I'll try it when I get in. my friend has a similar computer, I built it for her based on my build, maybe it is a compatibility problem with the gtx 560?
