Problem Starting tree frequently drops no saplings

This is a problem with RNG, as oak trees typically drop from 0-3 saplings, making it possible to run out on the first or second tree. Frustrating as it requires a complete reset. Adding 2-4 additional saplings to the starting chest would alleviate the issue.
 
I am also looking at other solutions for future versions of the pack.
