I don't know if this is the most appropriate place to post this thread, but I just wanted to make known my highest praise for a staff member tonight who handled my ticket. Tonight, I had been silly and I had entered an Eldritch portal viscerally unprepared. I lost all my items [Upgraded high-level Thaumcraft gear which I'd spent a good while on] and thought it all gone. I contacted online mods who instructed me to file a ticket. Within seconds, my ticket had been opened. This particular staff member [DrHilariousPhD] went out of his way to help me recover my items and I am happy to say that it is now safe and sound.
I would like to make a strong, resounding endorsement of the good work of this particular member of the support team. His quick, kind and helpful work enabled me to recover many of my most invaluable items from the oblivion. I strongly believe good work like this should be recognised.
