Yes it's a Mac. Much prefer Mac to windows. Have had a Mac mini for 3 years and never had any performance issues no matter how much I download or use[DOUBLEPOST=1414150795][/DOUBLEPOST]Any feedback ?

Besides it being a Mac, you shouldn't have a problem. If you ever have any performance problems, install Debian or Lubuntu.

Ok before I even get to check out performance I have just bought the new IMAC 4K. great right ?? no because as soon as i download the fob launcher and click on the jar launcher file I'm told to download JAVA. apparently, unless in reading it wrong the new Yosemite 10.10 OS only recognises java 8 ? downloaded java 8 and then the launcher doesn't want to play. I have been looking at the forums and all I see is JAVA 8 conflicts with the LLWGJ (or something like that) file and to downgrade to have 7 ....... BUT i can't install have 7.....
What do I do ?
(please don't reply with take the mac back to the shop).

What revision of 1.8? 1.8.0_11 runs fine for me on Windows 8.1 but 1.8.0_20 doesn't...
