Spawn Issue !! Need Help Now Please

"I Spawn On Top Of The Roof Sometime's" (Keep Reading)
Hello Everybody I Am Having A'lot Of Issues With Spawn.
Every time a new player join's or die they get teliported to spawn but
instead of the location I set they end up on top of the spawn,
I've Tried Many plugins from Bukkit, I used MCedit and I even used Forge Essentials

This is a common problem, caused by vanilla, as far as I know. It teleports you on top of everything, so you can't have a spawn in a cave or inside a block etc.

The easiest way to fix it is just to break all blocks directly above the spawn.
