Space Astronomy - Applied Aerodynamics, charge armor?

Does anyone know how to charge the applied aerodynamics Armor that's in the Space Astronomy mod pack? I'm at a loss. The Project page says to use a ME Charger, but that's not something I see in NEI (I've also tried using the AE2 charger).

Any suggestions are welcome, I would love to test out this mod.

Try throwing it into an EnderIO Capacitor. That charges most things.

Tried it to no avail. It also looks like it uses some other thing to power it, like AE 'power'. .
