Title Skyfactory 3 crash on start up

Details of the issue im pretty sure it first crashed when my auto wither boss farm started up. i was planting mystical seeds and filling up a T6 draconic energy core . earlier i had to reinstall curse from a java problem so i have no close back ups i need this fixed or i start again . any help would be awesome
