What is the bug? It crashed just before the initializing the mod in phase 2

I ran into this issue - NVidia Driver version 378.49 breaks RFTools for some reason and causes a crash on startup. I reverted to version 376.33 and it resolved the issue for me.

Completely different issue. As a side note though the driver problem is not related to a particular mod, it affects vanilla as well as a few other games
