Details of the issue:
I've been playing SkyFactory with 3 of my friends recently and we're having a blast. Only thing though, is that for the past week my computer hasn't been able to run the game for over 30 fps really. What's even weirder is that on a single-player world I can get above 200 fps easily...

I am more than certain that my computer can handle this, as my friends (who have worse computers) can run it at well over 80 frames per second.

It's really been annoying me and I would like to know if there is a possible fix.

Opis was disbanded a while ago apparently, and the download link isn't there anymore... Any other suggestions?

If you are running the server from your system then that maybe the issue. Having the server and client runing on the same system will cause issues. If as you say single player is ok. The problem will be as the world grows it will put your system under strain. I would recommend getting a server hosting e.g creeperhost
