What is the bug?
When using the Extra Cells 2 Wireless Universal Terminal it drains the power from a Draconic Flux Capacitor in seconds.
It doesn't do this with a regular Wireless Terminal nor prior to 2.5.5.

Is it repeatable?
It seems to be repeatable on my world.
Known Fix
Possibly a config change, I've not looked into a solution yet.
