sky factory 2.5 wont start

sky factory 2.5 wont start​
Launcher Version:
ftb launcher 1.4.12​
Modpack:
skyfactory 2.5​
Modpack Version:
2.5.0​
Log Link:
Details of the issue:
when launching the modpack nothing happens.
i hit launch then the log starts recording then both the log and launcher disappear and nothing happens
i have tried forcing update on the modpack
i have maxed the memory allocation via the launcher
i have updated my drivers
i have reinstalled all my minecraft
i am running 64 bit java
still nothing :(
please help <3​

Please download old java version: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/j...archive-javase8-2177648.html#jre-8u51-oth-JPR select filename: jre-8u51-windows-x64.exe

After you've downloaded & installed it, go to options tab on launcher, click "Advanced options", click the dropdown menu next to "Java path" and make sure that it is using the version you just installed (1.8.0_51 64bit)

If you're interested in why you need this, in layman's terms it's a combination of 2nd/3rd gen intel integrated GPU, Windows 10 drivers, new Java and LWJGL not working together
