I like it saice its going to be quite the build I'm sure you will be using the chisel from Tinkers quite a lot since it creates some neat block patterns
I was going to do that using one of the stone patterns... but then I did the math. 6400 would take a lot of chiseling then repairing then chiseling.
But I got more boring foundation work done.
So what does 6400 stone slabs look like? Something like this.

Did some more stuff on my zero fuel/power to Coal Coke system.

Its doing well. I got about 12 stacks of Coal Coke already just from cactus.
Started to get my first part of the wall down... then ran out of rotten flesh.

I like it, I don't see why you couldn't make some sort of design on the floor. A pentacle, or a star maybe? Possibly even a pixel art would be cool if you can get the wool this early in game.
So got my basic wall done. It still has a long way to go but at least I am safe and can start working on actual buildings and the such soon. It is 5 blocks tall on the inside wall, 6 on the outside, 3 wide with a 1 block lip.

Since everyone has nexus access I think I'll make a portal island and connect it to a front gate via a set of drawbridges.

Like the concrete it needs rebar. I have yet to actually build much in the way of machines. So if I go down that route I'll most likely use the concrete walls instead
