Server starts but won't run

I run the server and then it loads up until just after the portal gun is loaded and then it stops here:

i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong and i haven't seen this problem on the forum. Thanks for your help.

That looks normal, checked port 25565 is open in windows?
Can you connect locally on the server with 127.0.0.1?

that worked, just have to set my ports i guess?

Yes if you can connect via loopback then it looks like the port isn't open in windows and/or your firewall.

or if you coming from the internet you might also what to check the route settings.
