how do you turn off explosions i have looked every where i just find it

I would like to know, too please. Can we turn off TNT and nukes without turning off legitimate nuclear plants?

The best way I found to turn off TNT is to use command blocks with RP2 timer that goes for almost any recipe, command is /clear @a 46. Make sure command blocks are enabled in your server.properties. Nukes and ITNT are in the IC2 config you can disable the recipes server side.

Although the command block solution may use additional server resources its a bandaid fix for it until we get better tools.
