Problem Server Portal Gun Problem

Hi,
On my server a friend and I were playing, I found a portal gun in a dungeon chest. I shot a couple of portals and hit a chest that was next to one and the server crashed. It got this crash report. http://pastebin.com/aEMffci8
I am using envioushost which uses Multicraft.
Using yogcraft v 1.0.0 with extra mods:

I mean that I shot portals onto the walls and punched a chest that was next to a portal.
