Solved Server not starting up.

So im trying to run a private server of my computer for myself and a couple of friends but whenever i run the StartServer.bat file i get the following error:

I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit
As stated above i am running off my own pc
ServerStart.bat file is as follows: java -Xms1G -Xmx2G -jar ftbserver.jar


So far i have tried this numrerous times. Downloading a new version each time. I have uninstalled java 6 entirely, i have reinstalled java 7 update 21, both 32 and 64 bit. i have downloaded and installed minecraft forge again into the ftbserver.jar.
even increasing amount of memory the server runs off of.
All to no success.

Any help is appreciated.

i have reinstalled java 7 update 21, both 32 and 64 bit.

I defintly suggest using the specific java version for YOUR operating system!

lookup if your have 32 or 64 but and only install the correct java for that, suggest using the JDK 1.7

Still no luck. Removed java completely, then reinstalled the JDK X64 7u21 version. Still the same message as shown in the OP

This problem is now FIXED.

I dont what the exact error was but the following is how i fixed it.

1: formatted and re installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (try steps 2 and down first)
2: Installed JDK 7. (No luck)
3: disabled AV, Firewall, and IS software. (No luck)
4: Installed JRE 7 (SUCCESS) (Note this is on top of JDK 7, both versions are 64 bit)
