Hey,

We recently updated to the v5 of the direwolf20 modpack.
It all ran fine for the first couple of hours, but after about an day, a memory leak occured.
This leak is eating up all the server ram and lagging the server like crazy.
We tried fixing it with rolling stuff back and disabling mods, nothing helped.
When we tested with a new world, it did work, so as far as I know something in the world got corrupted.

Server specs: Hexacore intel 1230 (or something) very powerfull :D
12GB ram
800GB HDD
1Gbit internet connection.
Mods installed:
Direwolf20 pack mods
Bukkitforge
Plugins through bukkitforge:
hawkeye
Essentials
PEX
Worldedit
Worldguard

Thats about all.
Do you know how to fix the problem, plz lemme know.
I have some server crash reports, but that seems to be something else, cuz I don't get a crash report for the mem leak, since the server doesn't actually crash :D

I have been noticing some memory leaks on my server as well, though no where near as bad as yours. Im sure you already checked, but did you check to make sure there aren't any duplicate mods and then you replaced all the files properly on the server?

Also, how did you get bukkitforge installed? just drop it into the core mods folder?

the only plugin that i have not tried with bukkitforge on your list is hawkeye, DO you have water / lava flow disabled on it? those two can cause lag due to the amount of events that logging plugin needs to record. Personally i would also recommend switching over to prism from hawkeye as it seems to be better maintained and codded.

Noticed the leak problem a few days ago or so(when I updated forge) the problem in my case was chickenchunks. Once removed the problem disappeared.
