SERVER HUGE LAG NEED HELP!

Hi, i host a ftb server with the mindcrack pack. When i play everything works fine. but when my friends play, they get huge delay, lets say if i was in our house and then went mining, they saw everything like 1 minute after i did that plzz help ;D

i run the server through hamachi and my uploadspeed is 8mbit/s i have hosted over vanillia servers before and tekkit servers with no lagg.

Hamachi has become garbage over the years and I have had nothing but problems with it since they changed to online management. I suggest you and your friends try out tunngle. Is there a reason you are going through hamachi and not through the internet? Bouncing your connection off of a third party is going to slow it down a ton. Its way better for them to connect to you directly Maybe some port forwarding issues?

i have tried port fowarding many times, but i have failed everytime, its just letteing me connect to the server but not my friends
