Server can't startup

Hi all,
I've got a problem.
I have baught a 4 gb ram server for public acces. FTB Unleashed
When i try to add essentials to my server with bukkit forge it will cash upon login
when i add forgeessentials to my server it wont even startup
Without any modifications the server runs fine
