Details of the issue I was playing with chicken mod. I use Item conduits to take all the item (Eggs, etc) to a Colossas gold Chest. When I tried to open the colossal chest i logged out for no reason and back to multiplayer screnn, but I playing SinglePlayer, I back to mainscreen choose my world again it loaded and log out instantly back to multiplayer screen looking for servers.

It worked disabling HWYLA.
Also worked updating to newest version.
