Running an older instance without twitch

Hello, since twitch no longer works to launch modded packs, i have no way to access one of my older maps.
I really wanted to try and save a build using dire tools or worldedit
the pack is "All the mods 6" and i cant find it at all in the ftb launcher, so i cant install it there.
Is there any way i can launch an instance without the launcher?

how would i even do that? twitch no longer supports minecraft, there is no links to anything, twitch just directs me to download ftb

You can basically roll all your existing twitch modpacks over into curseforge, which has basically the exact same functionality. Just be aware it'll reset all your minecraft settings and mod configs to their defaults, including any java arguments you were using in the twitch/ftb launchers.

Here's a little guide on how to do it. Hope this helps.

You can basically roll all your existing twitch modpacks over into curseforge, which has basically the exact same functionality. Just be aware it'll reset all your minecraft settings and mod configs to their defaults, including any java arguments you were using in the twitch/ftb launchers.

Are you sure about that - isn't the redirect towards Overwolf and CurseForge?
