I just got back to FTB after years of not having a computer to play it on. I know some stuff is going on right now but I am still not sure how it impacts my question. Can anyone let me know if unleashed will become available to play again? It is my very favorite and has a very special place in my heart. Thank you!

It's still on Curseforge from before. Just download the GD Launcher and then search for it, and you should be able to play it from there.
Now if you want to launch it from the FTB Launcher, I can't help you there. You might be able to move the installation from GD Launcher into the FTB Launcher, but I don't know for sure if that will work.
