Returning after a few weeks, so many changes!

Hi guys, downloaded FTB early November after becoming bored of tekkit and its lack of updates/new mods.
I played it for a few days though I wanted to wait for mods such as redpower and EE. It is my understanding that redpower is now in FTB as well as a few other mods that I'm not to phased about. It seems to me that EE has been removed from the mod list (even though it is one of my favourite mods!). I've searched the forums but cannot seem to find any mention of its cancellation. Does anyone have any idea why?

EE 2 is not going to update, but instead we are getting EE 3. Which is a complete rewrite of the whole mod. But it will be in when it is ready.

What do you mean redpower is in the pack? It isn't.

Redpower has not yet been added to the FTB packs, because Eloraam isn't finished squashing bugs.
And EE2 won't be added since Pahimar is working on EE3, a completely new mod. For more update about EE3 you should check the Minecraft forum post.
